T: believed his speech would touch the hearts of his followers and those who still were not doing anything and hopefully give the white a consciousness
S: would serve as one of many historical speeches in the civil rights history and give Carmichael a bigger role as his speeches are quite significant so much as to say they still prevail to this day he gave his people a voice in the civil rights.
